White Shark's guys had damaged a part of my house when they worked on it a year ago, but I called them back in part because they told me they'd fix it along with cleaning out my eaves troughs. Well, they didn't fully clean out the eaves troughs this year, they damaged another part of the house, and they didn't fix the bit they'd broken before. So, I phoned them. No problem, the woman said, they'd have the guys come back around to put everything right. But the guys didn't show up. I made two more such "appointments," and no one showed up for these either. On about my fourth call, the dispatcher woman eventually told me that they weren't going to come around because they'd never agreed to fix the damage they caused! I was flabbergasted. She just straight-out changed what she'd told me several times before. So, I will not use their services again, and I recommend that others steer clear of White Shark too. Shoddy work, damage to the house, and a great waste of my time. I'll have to pay someone else now to repair the damage.
