I got excellent service from Milani.. They reacted very quickly to an emergency. I was very appreciative of their quick response as we had a flood and needed a quick response. The technician (George) was excellent and went beyond the call of duty explaining everything and fixed the problem very quickly. I love dealing with companies that care about their customers and do whatever they can to help them. Keep up the great work Milani.

Milani was exceptional when they replaced our water tank. Matt had to spend extra time worting out a mix up when the incorrect tank was sent; which he did graciously. The end result is we have the tank we wanted and the work was excellent. I waited a month to post this review to be sure. Very pleased. I would use them again without hesitation and recommend them to all my friends.

The office staff took all the appropriate information and service was done on time and professionally, we had to make a call back and the were there to resolve the problem the next day. I would definitely recommend Milani to my friends.

I had a natural gas furnace Lennox G61MPV, air filter and a programmable thermostat installed 5 days ago by Tim. The system works very good. So, I would highly recommend having it all done by Milani with 10 years warranty that includes parts and labour.
