We originally called on Milani to do a routine maintenance service on our heating system and understand the initial call out fee ( no problem ) . Within 24 hours after maintenance the heating system stopped working , so we called them back to sort out the problem. This is where the Tech called his office to find out the availability of a part and he received zero response back (and of course another call out fee).I will say that the young gentlemen they sent out was good and he was extremely apologetic for how Milani was handling this. You could tell he wanted it fixed properly but his hands were tied.
It took over a month and calls from us to Milani to find out what was going on with the parts and in this time there was no heat in the house .When asked what was going on and if there was a timeline the Milani representative simply stated "It wasn't their fault , and that their suppliers did not have stock" when asked if they had tried looking elsewhere they replied "they only use their suppliers " and essentially gave us the "It's not our problem "It was absolutely shocking how quickly someone could just pass the problem on with zero concern. Needless to say we did manage to find the part with some phoning around and we fixed it ourselves. Perhaps a little less focus on pretty TV commercials and a little more focus on quality service will get you more business , just saying
