Used Milani to install a new kitchen faucet. Thought they did a good job until I tried to use the hot water to wash dishes, and realized there was very little water pressure. Said they would come back but could possibly charge me for a second visit (another $190) if it had nothing to do with the installation, or if the faucet was to blame since I supplied it myself. Even if it does have something to do with the faucet or the building (unlikely since the pressure is fine for all my other taps), this is something that should have been checked in the first service before the technician left, and they should be sending someone to diagnose the problem regardless of the reason, with no charge. That would be the kind of service that would prompt me to use them in the future, but now I will search for another company that really stands by their work, and gives true customer service.
