When I found the water leakage, it was close to the end of business hour, so I was in a hurry. I called the number that was on the side of a vehicle that just passed in front of me, knowing nothing about the company. It turned out to be the best decision I could make under the situation. The plumber came almost within half an hour, replaced the faucet hose, which immediately stopped the leakage. My wife was so happy because he was so quick and meticulous AND she could also earn Airmiles’ points!

I had the pleasure of having Farid E. come and repair my boiler system. We just moved into our new home with unfortunatly no heat. Farid came to our new home and was very knowlegeable and kind. He was able to diagnose our issue and arrange the repair. He had great customer service skills. We would recommend Farid and Milani to any other customers needing heating services.

Mattia at Milani did an excellent job at installing a new hot water tank. He is professional and provides high quality work. He removed the old tank and left the work area clean. I have other jobs that require to be done in the house with updating fixtures in the bathroom and replacing the PRV valve that was discovered not functioning properly when water pressure was checked. Mattia will be providing a quote and I will have him return to do the other work. I would recommend Milani for all your plumbing needs.

I would like to personally thank and recognize Adrian and his assistant on a job very well done just this past week. I talked to the competitors, got different quotes and was requiring financing to go ahead with a pricey boiler replacement job.
I spoke to Alim in sales and I'd like to mention that he assisted me beyond what was required to ensure my job was set up, financed and executed with ease. He always called me back, emailed and followed up anything that we spoke about. He really made the difference on getting the job going.
After it was set up, Adrian and his assistant were professional, clean and didn't quit until this tedious job was done. They arrived on time, made sure my place was clean and protected it with the correct equiptment. They didn't cut any corners and I feel like they really did a fantastic job. The water kept running in the toilet, we contacted Milani Plumbing was told they would be there that day. Within an hour, he came one hour later fixed. Mohammed was so nice polite, I would highly recommend him.

The technician, Fareed, was polite, friendly and competent. He described the problem and our options - repair or replace. He recommended we replace our old furnace (a 12-year old medium efficiency). We rate him 5 stars.
The scheduling, however, was very poor. Our furnace stopped working on Friday morning and we were promised service between 12.00 and 3.00 pm Saturday. After two frustrating calls to the dispatcher, the technician arrived at about 5.40 pm. The excuse was that the freezing weather had caused a customer back-up. Hmmm ... 3 stars.

after years of ongoing leaks from my Poly B water pipes had work quoted that ranged up to $15,000 to replace all my water pipes- Milani came in and within two weeks of my accepting their much cheaper quote had everything complete and tidy with in 4 days.
