Shopping at Arrow was a very relaxing experience. No high pressure sales. The collections were different from the run of the mill stuff. Karen was very knowledgeable and very helpful. The sales, delivery & after sales service were exceptional. Delivery was on time, with Karen following through at every step. All in all a good buying experience.

I had an absolutely tremendous experience with Arrow. I was able to purchase high quality elegant furniture that gets comments from everyone who comes to my home. Jason went out of his way to ensure excellent customer service and delivery. Arrow (Jason) bent over backwards, including calling me periodically to update me as to when the furniture would arrive. I have never received such personal and professional service at any furniture store before - including some very expensive ones. Arrow has wonderful furniture, at a reasonable price, and with a wonderful staff. Thanks Jason!

I shop at Arrow for my children's furniture year after year because I feel I can get a high quality product at a reasonable price and more importantly the customer service I receive from AJ Paglia is fantastic. He is considerate of my budget and pleasant to deal with. Thank you AJ!

A combination of fine craftsmanship on furnitures and excellent customer service. The prices may be a little bit more than other shops but the quality is always there. Look for RICHARD at the Kennedy branch. Great guy, follows through after sales and easy to contact. Delivery went smoothly on schedule. Be sure to pay the extra fee (only a hundred) to have your furnitures assembled and packaging taken away for you, we didn't and we regret it, imagine a double garage full of cartons and foam. Everyone there is actually pleasant to deal with .The store manager is very accommodating. We filled our new home with their furnitures and what a difference! Thanks a million, Arrow! Highly recommended.

Made a few different purchases from the Brampton location recently and dealt with Christine Samuel who was great to deal with. Everthing went well including the delivery of the furniture. Everything ontime and as promised. Definately recommend making your purchases from Arrow furniture. Hassle free, great service and very good products.

They under promised and over delivered! Both ladies were extremely attentive to make sure that we received the furniture as we NEEDED it.
They called everday with updates. ..and delivered on time.

Got our leather sofa delivered with a cut on the side close to bottom on August 12, 2014. I wrote a review for bad customer service. There was a misunderstanding that Arrow thought we unpacked the sofa ourselves, actually the driver did it for us. Once the circumstance is clarified; Arrow has promised to resolve the situation. We thank Arrow for prompt response.

I'm a first time homeowner. A few months ago, I began the daunting task of looking for furniture to make my new house feel like a home. Most people I know would not even think to go to Arrow Furniture. But one day I decided to walk into their Kennedy showroom and give it a chance after being sorely disappointed by other well known furniture stores. After a while, the salesperson suggested eliciting the help of a designer as part of the services they offer. The next day I was contacted by Israel Adud. 

Believe me when I say that he is the best decision I made throughout this whole home-buying experience. From doing our initial assessment where he took measurements of the house, discussed possible furniture pieces to go in what area, hours spent walking around the Weston showroom selecting just the perfect piece - all the way to delivery and making sure all goes well with set up, as well as quick response to rectifying issues found. It was like having an opinionated friend with you, but with absolutely no pressure imposed when it came time to making decisions on your taste and preference. He was friendly, approachable and extremely patient with me throughout the entire process. He gave me space when I needed time to think, and he didn't rush me at all especially when I had indecisive moments.  

He is undeniably Arrow's best kept secret!!! I've been telling all my friends and family about him. And yes, they too were shocked with my testimony. But after seeing my new place, everyone's curious and checking out the company's website. So what are you waiting for? Save yourself the headache of doing the furniture shopping on your own and go check out Arrow. Make sure to ask for Israel, and you won't regret it!

We had purchased a Queen bed from Arrow Furniture's Scarborough location on Kennedy Road and found that the headboards would not fit. Even though this was a final sale, Salesperson Royce from this location got the Arrow Customer Support to look into our problem. A technician soon arrived at our house and got the bed headboards fixed the way we wanted it.

We appreciated Royce's personalized service which was excellent and look forward to being associated with him when we visit the Kennedy Arrow Furniture showroom any time in the future.
