Furniture review in Richmond Hill

Got our leather sofa delivered with a cut on the side close to bottom on August 12, 2014. I wrote a review for bad customer service. There was a misunderstanding that Arrow thought we unpacked the sofa ourselves, actually the driver did it for us. Once the circumstance is clarified; Arrow has promised to resolve the situation. We thank Arrow for prompt response.

Furniture review in Richmond Hill

Got our leather sofa delivered with a cut at the side close to bottom on August 12, 2014. Ronny at Arrow Furniture's cusomer service denied any responsibility because it is not "manufacturer defect". The driver came to our house at 7:50 AM on Tuesday inspite of we asked for a Saturday delivery. The driver were in rush, after removing the package, demanded to sign the shipping paper right away before I was able to inspect the sofa. He explained we can report any damage within 72 hours as printed on the shipping document. We called to send photos of the damage to Arrow within 24 hours and they denied any responsibility. We are very disappointed for such shady service.
