I'm a first time homeowner. From doing our initial assessment where he took measurements of the house, discussed possible furniture pieces to go in what area, hours spent walking around the Weston showroom selecting just the perfect piece - all the way to delivery and making sure all goes well with set up, as well as quick response to rectifying issues found. It was like having an opinionated friend with you, but with absolutely no pressure imposed when it came time to making decisions on your taste and preference. He was friendly, approachable and extremely patient with me throughout the entire process. He gave me space when I needed time to think, and he didn't rush me at all especially when I had indecisive moments.  

He is undeniably Arrow's best kept secret!!! I've been telling all my friends and family about him. And yes, they too were shocked with my testimony.
