It seems Airplus has been purchased by JRS whoever they are. The call numbers don't work and the text numbers go to a real estate agents AI system. Given the level of service we got from them this is on par - wrong size furnace, had to redo the metal work and installation 3 times, and then couldn't get a follow up for the right sized furnace. They said all the right things initially but the follow through reminded me of a flim-flam organization. And now with a two year old dead furnace where do we turn?
