Everyone on the team did their absolute best to make this as stress free as possible (Mother had to move to a nursing home, we were emptying the apartment in a retirement home). Rich and Mike were the movers and they were professional, friendly and quick. Thank you all so much!

Scott & Curtis (I hope I got the names right) were fantastic. Very nice, friendly, courteous and professional. They had everything removed in about 20 minutes, and made it look easy. I like the fact that there is a 2 hour window, it means I don't have to wait around all day for someone to come. I also like that they call and let you know they will be arriving within a 1/2 hour, and actually show up when they say they will. I have already recommended Got-Junk to a family member who will be cleaning out their house to downsize.

We heard many good things about 1-800 GJ from professionals and friends alike and were not disappointed. Despite the challenges involved with a low ceiling and the disarray of the years of accumulated junk, the job went quickly and smoothly. The guys had a good attitude and worked hard. We will be calling them again for our son's house.
Just for the record. They called and confirmed their actual arrival an hour before so we were ready to go. The prices are comparable but we most liked the fixed method so we knew our exposure from the beginning. Thanks for the excellent service.

We had a very positive experience with 1-800-got-junk. It is easy to set up an appointment on the internet. They show on time within a 2-hour window, they are very polite and professional. They perform a quality job in a minimum time and their rates are very reasonable.
We will use it again and recommend it to our friends and neighbors.

I would use them again. I wish I knew they removed everything out of the space (instead I had removed all and placed by curb). They also sweep up afterwords. Amazing hassle free service.

I ordered the service on the same day and was very pleased with the outcome. Both Sean and Rich arrived on time, I showed them what had to be cleared from the garage and they were done in no time at all. They were kind and professional and would recommend them.

I had a coupon for junk removal thinking it wouldn't be very good service considering there was a coupon. However, they came and took away all of our junk, they were easy to get ahold of, the were efficient and did a fabulous job. They did a good job and were friendly.

I called 1-800-Got-Junk to remove junk from a small scale bathroom renovation. I was very impressed that the company was able to provide same-day service on a holiday long weekend. Matt and Alex provided exceptional customer service; they were punctual, professional, prompt, very friendly and even got into my small crawl space to get some of the junk out. Although I was very pleased with the service provided, I still think that it's very expensive which is why I am rating it an 8 instead of 10. However I would recommend this company to anyone who can afford it on the basis of their outstanding customer service.

Alex and Richard showed up on time, worked at the speed of light and did a good job of cleaning up. Our stuff was already outside and so it took 30 min or less and they seemed to appreciate the added convenience. From our side it meant we could pre-sort and avoid any possible damage to the house. They were very pleasant and friendly guys who managed some heavy items (aquarium rocks, platform bed), awkward items (mirrors, aquariums) and kept up a good dialogue with us while clearing our debris. I think the price was reasonable given the convenience the service provides. They also helped us sort hazardous household waste and took everything they are permitted. Plus they take old tires. I would use them again.
