1-800-GOT-JUNK?

I had 9 light weight garbage bags and two small boxes and a few pieces of lumber.
I was originally quoted $310. When I said no the price was re-adjusted to $150 plus tax (but without the few pieces of wood). To avoid hassle I agreed but I think this company is too over priced (at least for what I had removed). Really nice guys but I highly doubt I will use this company again.

I decided to contact 1800-GOT JUNK to help us with the removal of some furniture from our old home. The service provided was reliable, clean and the guys that came along were friendly but not really experienced when it came to remove the pieces of furniture and filing cabinet from our basement home.
Unfortunately after they left i found few scratches on walls and floors.
The price wasn't cheap when I think about how much the repairs will cost. On my experience, next time I will think of this as I really didn't expect this could happen.

Customer service was the best I'll give this company that great guys! Little surprise with the price at the end of the day. Not sure I would use them again.

First time dealing with a Junk removal service. After doing my research and finding rave reviews I booked online with 1800 GOT JUNK. I was immediately contacted by a rep and confirmed the appointment for the next morning.

As promised they called 30 minutes before and arrived as scheduled. Was met by Ryan and Dustin. All around great guys who were professional, fast, and helpful. They even complimented me saying that I should be a comedian which made my day.

Would recommend these guys to anyone looking! Give them a raise ASAP!

I've used 800 got junk a couple of times and I would never use anyone else. They are very responsive. They call when they say they will and they show up when they say they will. Very professional, polite and clean. It's always easy and a pleasure to deal with them. I would recommend them to anyone who has stuff to get rid of.

2 Very professional young men by the name of Alex and Theo called to confirm, showed up, very courteous, very efficient. The greatest pleasure was to meeting 2 young men after working 12 hours, (me being the last call of the day), showing no signs of fatigue working hard to please, even sweeping up after picking up! Wow, real old school. No question would use again.

Today we had two very respectful and pleasant gentleman (Ryan I. and Elias) come to our home to remove an old 32 inch television from our basement. Despite the fact that the television was very heavy and quite cumbersome to carry up the stairs, the two workers did it very well and careful, making sure to not damage any of the walls or stairs. We are so happy that we called 1-800-Got-Junk and even more happy because the two gentleman that came to represent the company were the best!!! Although initially I was a little concerned with the cost, it was well worth it!! I will definitely recommend this service to others and look forward to doing business with them in the future!!! Excellent service from Tyler and Jason in removing household garbage and furniture after cleaning out the house of a family member. Prompt, friendly, efficient. This is the second time I have used this service.

We had a old swing set and a trampoline from previous owner in the backyard as well as other metal & wood items left in the backyard. Other miscellaneous items were left in the garage as well. I tried to break down the swing set myself but I could only do so much, and I gave up.
The team phoned me before they showed up. They were on time as scheduled.I showed them the items that needed to be removed, and they presented me the chart as to how much it would roughly cost. Overall experience was great, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their junk to be taken care of professionally with an outstanding service. . My backyard looks amazing now, and flowers are ready to be planted. Thanks again guys

I was moving out and had lots of extra stuff that really didn't deserve to go to the Salvation Army, etc. Working with these guys was great, basically just point at what you want gone and they'll take it. They'll also recycle whatever they can to keep it out of the landfill. Thanks guys!
