His dedication to customer satisfaction is unquestionable, as he seamlessly took care of an alteration to our order, while maintaining the original install date. As for the product, these North Star windows are beautifully manufactured, operate smoothly and look great. The triple glazing has more than provided the reduction in exterior noise that we were looking for. The "hat-trick" goes to Ben, the installer. He is a very personable, accommodating and highly skilled installer. He takes personal pride in his work, which is evident in his attention to detail. Among many professional finishing techniques he utilized, Ben came up with a brilliant solution to trimming out the interior of the bathroom window, which is in the shower wall. In the 17 years that we have lived in our home, the second floor has never looked better. Thank you so much to Brock and to your dedicated teams!

I was very happy after Eugene and his crew-mate finished the installation of all replacement windows and two sliding doors in my townhouse. From my initial phone call and in-home consultation with John Nolet, to Bride who arranged the installation date and answered a couple of questions, to the installation itself, to the final clean-up, everything has gone without a hitch. Even the weatherman cooperated! The crew worked steadily and precisely, and I was able to relax as I watched the whole job proceed. I am delighted now to be able to sit back and admire the view, and look ahead to next winter when the up-to-date windows offer more protection from the winter cold. I want to add that I later noticed some smudges and smears on the outside of a couple of windows that were hard to get at. I called Eugene and they came the next day, and quickly and cheerfully cleaned up the windows. Now I'm REALLY happy!

I Contacted Brock Windows for a quote to replace my original wood casements windows in my 21 year old home. The sales rep Andrew came by the next day with vinyl colour and product samples. He was very courteous and professional in his knowledge and truthful in his recommendations. I had researched North Star Windows the Canadian product that Brock carries exclusively and it was evident that this product is of the highest class and CSA listed which is rare in the vinyl window business. The pricing offered for whole home window renovation was very fair using double sealed units with argon gas and I was delighted to learn they included triple sealed with krypton gas in my master bedroom at no cost and this after the deal was done. Mike and his install crew came as scheduled, I learned they had just completed a window reno for the Holmes on Holmes TV show and I was next. Their work was excellent and very thorough no short cuts, only the best low expansion foam insulation and the best supra caulking on the market is used. Quality and integrity is what Brock Windows stands for. A shout out to GM Graeme Knight and his team from Sales, Install and Service I believe the best in the GTA. I truly recommend Brock Windows and the North Star product without hesitation.

Absolutely delighted with my new front door and windows. Steve the sales guy was helpful choosing colours/hardware for the doors. The installers Ziggy and Cory did an excellent, professional job and left place spotless when done. Loved the triple pane windows (can't hear a sound outside, which helps my wife sleep during the day as she works night shifts).
I will use them again for the rest of the windows I need replacing.

We signed the contract to replace all the windows and doors, and cap garage door frame Sept 20, 2013. The work was done Dec 13, 2014 finally after the installer's 6 visits.
The quality of the windows and doors is good. The sales person was nice and professional. The installer was terrible and rude.
First installation was Feb 19 2013. They left tons of problems and damages to our house: master window was wrong; kitchen window screen was broken; front door glass insert frame was damaged; living room picture window was not installed properly; huge gap between casing and walls. We can even put a finger into it; caulking was not applied properly; damages to our dry wall, kitchen board, washer, internal door. Working tools and gloves on our beds and dinner table, no drop sheets, standing on my toilets cover to do installation.
They fixed these later but took long time. We noticed there is a damage on the master bedroom window and wrote a letter to their general manager Jan 2015. No body replied to us. We are very disappointed with the installation.

Derek and his team mate did a fantastic job of installing the window, cleaning everything up when finished and everything was done in a timely manner. I will definately use Brock when it is time to replace my upstair windows.

We had looked at 4 companies to replace 5 large windows and our front door. Each company we looked at came in with very high quotes and then wanted to negotiate down to a reasonable price after you told them the cost was too high. Brock came in and the sales person Mark was great walked us through the options and gave us a great price that did not need to be negotiated down as it was fair and reasonable.
Ziggy the install came on site and did a great professional install. Kept everything nice and clean.

I was pleased with Brock Doors & Windows very thorough customer service from the very first phone call through to the installation. Especially with Bill Kovaks and the customer service team/ office staff and installer Michael.

Our upstairs was always cooler by 5C than rest of house in winter. Brian, from Brock Windows, came and informed us the windows were only single glaze and gave us an estimate to replace nine windows. The estimate was reasonable, so we told him to proceed. Frank, the installer, was very professional and the new window frames inside are add to the décor upstairs. We have already noticed a difference as in the cold weather, we had to set the thermostat higher by 5C so we would not be cold in the bedrooms. After the windows were installed, we don't have to set our thermostat higher, the upstairs is the same temperature as the main floor.

We replaced our patio door with Brock Doors and Windows. Mike was very prompt, and accurate taking measurements. The installation was very quick,clean and professional. The two installers knew what the were doing. It was great doing business with Brock.
