My husband and I were impressed right off the bat with Bill our salesman he was very proffesional and friendly.
Derek and his team mate did a fantastic job of installing the window, cleaning everything up when finished and everything was done in a timely manner. I will definately use Brock when it is time to replace my upstair windows.
