ugene and his crew were phenominal. I do not use that word a lot in conjunction to services but him and his team are deserving of that word and many other words which define perfect.
From entering the house, to offering to take off their shoes each and every time- despite my having communicated to them the fact that I will have to clean the entire house anyways-they were kind enough to ask until I told them to leave their shoes on!
These are men who risk their lives—literally—passing up 300 pound windows up three floors to another strong pair of arms inside the house, leaving the impression that they could very well be circus performers in slow motion.
I see Brock divided into two parts. Part I: the sales. I think the sales people—and I will not mention my sales person- need better training in terms of specifics, I.E. windows, measurements etc.
How ever, the BEST part about this company is—not surprisingly the people who work the hardest—non managerial—and by this, I simply mean: Eugene and his crew.
