However, you might be wondering about the best way to request a review or how to go about it – that’s why we have put together all three ways to request a review! Take a look, below.
Request A Review – Through The Leads Inbox
You can request a review by going to the dashboard of your profile and through the lead inbox. Here’s how to do it:
Step 1: Click on ‘Reviews’ on the left panel and then click on the green button, ‘Request A Review’. It’s a two-step process which can be completed in just a few clicks in less than a minute!
Step 2: When you click on the ‘Request A Review’ button, a pop-up button appears, where you can add the customer’s details along with the project name. This is also automatically filled depending on your completed jobs, so it’s even easier!
Now that your request is sent, you can see the updates on your dashboard, when the homeowner submits a review!
Request A Review – Through The Mobile App
You can also request a review through your mobile on the HomeStars for Pros app! It’s as easy as clicking a few buttons!
Step 1: Go to your dashboard and click the ‘Request A Review’ button at the bottom of the page.
Step 2: Click on the writing icon on the top right of the page to open the Review Request tab.
Step 3: Fill in the details in the fields like the project name and homeowner’s details. This can also be auto-populated if you have recent jobs completed.
Step 4: Once you have filled in the details, click on ‘Send’ at the bottom of the page. You can also use this page to add photos of your work, which will make the reviews more attractive!
Step 5: Your request will be automatically sent to the homeowner whose details you provided and you will be notified when they review your business!
Request A Review – Through Link Sharing With The Customer
If you prefer to make it even easier for your customer, you can also send them a link directly through your dashboard on your desktop profile. Here’s how to do it!
Step 1: Go to your dashboard after logging in to your profile and click on ‘Request A Review’ under ‘Reviews’ on the left.
Step 2: Once you land on the Review section, you can fill out the details of the project and the contact information of the homeowner. Just below these fields, a link will be auto-generated which can be copied by clicking on the ‘Copy’ button. You can now send it to your customer for a direct review!
