Requesting Reviews Is Now Simpler Than Ever!

Considering the importance of reviews for your business, we have now simplified the process to request a review by adding a review request button right in your lead inbox

With a simple button in your leads inbox, you can send a review request to homeowners from your inbox. You don’t have to worry about collecting the project name or the homeowner’s contact details in advance.  We have pre-populated these fields to make this process as simple as possible. With this new and easy review request feature, you can build strong homeowner connections on the go!!

How to Use the New Review Request Feature?

On Your Desktop Dashboard:

Step 1: 

Click on the green box ‘REQUEST A REVIEW’ in the upper right corner of your lead inbox

A review request window pops up with all your client details pre-filled. It includes their contact information and the project name. You can choose to send them an email, text or both. Click on the blue box ‘Send Request’ and voila! Your review request is sent just like that!!

Make sure you are sending the review request to homeowners who hired you for a project. Sending a review request to homeowners you haven’t worked with or are still working on their project, won’t earn you any reviews.

On Your HomeStars for Pros App:

Step 1: 

Click on the blue box ‘Request Review’ in the lower right corner of your lead inbox in the app

Make sure you are sending the review request to homeowners who hired you for a project. If you weren’t hired for the project or if you are still working on the project, click on the grey ‘CANCEL button. However, if you successfully completed the project, you can click on the blue ‘YES, I WAS HIRED’ button.

A ‘Request a Review’ form will pop up, auto-filling the project name and contact information of your client. Just click on the blue ‘SEND’ button and it’s done!
