We have an old home and there are inevitably complications whenever we do any renos. Junior and Juan did a great job in installing several lighting fixtures and cleaning up some old problems from previous electricians. They were professional, friendly and charged a fair price. They were meticulous is cleaning up after themselves which is rare in my experience with contractors. I will definitely hire them again with my many house projects.

Beware! I paid upfront for Mark to clean my house windows. I tried booking the service 5 times. Each time he set a day, then didn't show up and didn't contact me to let me know. Then I contacted him and he made an excuse for why he didn't show. After 5 tries, I finally gave up. I have used other window cleaning services for my house for over 10 years. Usually I book the service, they do the work and I pay them. It is a very easy, straight-forward process. By contrast, with MGS Windows, it required lots of time and frustration and the work never got done. Mark is good at sales but bad on actually delivering the service. I would not recommend.

Des was great. He was available within the week, showed up on time, worked quickly, was very pleasant and charged us a fair price. We would definitely use him again.

I would not recommend Energy Crew. They showed up late and were unapologetic about it. They didn't have all the moving material I requested. They weren't particularly careful and dinged some of my furniture and walls. They said that they only charge for the time they are there but conveniently rounded up by 25min which cost me an extra $75. Their customer service is better before you hire them than it is after you pay them.
