We hired Ryan to give our yard a make over and are so happy we did. Can't say enough about Ryan and his crew. Ryan did what he said he would do and came in on budget and on time. Ryan and his crew were very professional and hard working. It was evident that they took pride in their work and it shows in the results. Worked hard each day, little to no down time and cleaned up each day and at the end of the project. Love our patio and rundle rock flower bed - have received many compliments on both. Would definitely recommend New Look Landscapes!

We had mortar breaking away from the concrete tiles and we could see this from ground level. We contacted Robert and he came out and turns out there was a whole lot of issues - loose mortar, some completely gone, broken tiles and a dead spot on the roof where water was collecting, and other issues as well. He was able to give us a quote on the spot and offered a couple of options to fix the roof. We went with the option of removing the mortar completely and installing a Zephyr roll. The crew did a fantastic job, professional and explained everything as they went along. The work was done on time and the crew cleaned up the work site each day. Customer service was great, Robert was available to answer my questions if I had them and so was the crew. Highly recommend them.

Keith arrived on time and spent just about three hours cleaning the ducts and furnace. He reviewed everything first and found a couple of issues that needed to be resolved and fixed them. He did a great job and the price didn't change from the price quoted. Very happy with the service and the work.

Tim did an excellent job of restretching our carpet. We had thought about replacing the carpet but are so glad we had the carpet stretched instead. Looks great. Tim is very professional and iseasy to deal with. Great job.
