Our washing machine stopped working mid-cycle (it drained but then couldn't rinse/spin) during a load today. Called Joe and he was able to fit us in this afternoon. He came right when he said he would, had a preliminary diagnosis of our problem just from our description over the phone, and had parts in hand. He opened up our machine and verified that his initial diagnosis was indeed correct, and went to work right away to fix it. The job was complete in a half hour -- unbelievable, it must be a world record! He replaced the necessary parts with better parts too. Joe is so knowledgeable and reliable, and an honest gentlemen too. This was the second time we called him to repair an appliance and I'm sure it won't be the last!

Locksmith Pros were exactly as their name advertises! Our lock broke in an atypical fashion which prevented us from even opening the door even after I took the door knob and lock apparatus apart. I called Locksmith Pros and a technician came right away and after an hour and a fair amount of effort, he managed to get our door open and the lock fully disassembled. It did take several days for Locksmith Pros to source the same lock to replace ours (as the lock is not common), but eventually they did find the parts and came back to install it quickly and without any issues. I would definitely recommend them.

Our A/C unit broke in the heat of summer, and Boris was recommended to me by a co-worker. We sourced opinions and quotes from a few different companies both large and small, and settled on going with Cozy World and Boris who first sent a technician same day to assess the issue and attempt to repair our unit (and was so disappointed that he was unable to do so that he did not charge us for his time). Boris followed up to assess the unit himself and it was determined that the unit needed to be replaced. Boris gave a fair price and the work was completed quickly and on schedule. The installation crew forgot to provide our unit cover but after a couple of communications directly to Boris, he personally dropped off the cover a few weeks later. One expectation to manage if you are replacing your A/C unit is that larger companies will be able to replace it much more quickly than a smaller company like Cozy World, due to their larger size and scale of operations (more trucks, more crews, etc.) -- however their prices will also reflect their larger scope. The larger companies we consulted would've been able to replace our unit the following day, but it would've cost twice as much if not more to do so. Agreeing to go with Cozy World meant we needed to wait a week as that was the earliest they could install our unit, but we paid much much less and are happy with both the performance of the new unit as well as the servicing we received from Boris and his team at Cozy World. All in all, it was frustratingly uncomfortable in our house as we awaited the installation, but in the end it was worth it.
