Dealing with Above All Awnings was an absolute pleasure from the very beginning. They are professional and knowledgeable, and they carry a variety of manufacturers so we were able to examine the advantages / disadvantages of various types. With zero pressure we were able to make an informed decision. The installation team arrived when scheduled, did their work efficiently and cleanly, all within the estimated time frame. All whom we dealt with made the entire process easy and relaxed. What a great company!

I was not an existing customer or City Air but when I couldn't reach my original installers I called them. To my delight they were ready to come out on the weekend and deal with my customeized climate control systems (for my studio). I had to cancel because of a medicald emergency and we bumped it to the next day. One of the City Air team showed up by noon, quickly determined the problem and completely solved things (which began with a poor original installation). They were a pleasure to deal with, always reachable by phone (or I really would get a callback within their stated 15 minutes). I have now made City Air my go-to HVAC guys for any problem.

Gareth and his team were a treat to work with. The painting on our aging 3-story house was expertly done, and two rotted wood sections were removed and replaced at no extra charge. There was one minor blip--we somehow missed the emailed notice of their start date, and were quite surprised to arrive home from a trip to find the work in progress. But there were profuse and sincere apologies for the mixup and the work proceeded without incident. These things happen. I would still hire Gareth and his team again without hesitation.

I was not an existing client of Tony's but still he responded quickly and came out to investigate my problems a day sooner than estimated--which was terrific. Within a few minutes of examining my customized system he understood the problem and within 20 minutes it was solved. He returned for a follow up one week later and all is running smoothly now. It was a joy to have found someone like Tony. It's a rarity to find integrity and professionalism blended with skill and experiences, but that describes Tony.

Even thought this work was done 3 years ago, When gusty winds tore off our rain cap, Red Robin honoured their warranty and retuned to make the repair. To do it, because of the narrow space between our house and our neighbour in Downtown Toronto, Red Robin had to obtain special scaffolding. This was a repair that could have been completed in less than half an hour if there was space to use a ladder, but there wasn't. I'm sure it must have been a total pain for them to organize unique scaffolding as well as their team just to take care of this simple fix, but they took the time and care to honour their warranty. We very much appreciated that they did this. That showed professionalism at its best. I would recommend them most highly. I assure you we’ll recommend you, anytime.
