I called Jessie in a panic as my Sub Zero Refrigerator's Freezer had suddenly stopped working. Jessie was so patient, kind and professional as he guided me through several "checks" in order to diagnose the problem. He quickly identified what was wrong and put in place what needed to be done. I definitely recommend Jessie. He is honest, kind and very knowledgeable about Sub Zeros. Definitely a gentleman I will turn to in the future.

Michael and his Team at Quality First exceeded my expectations of a Roofing company in every aspect of the job. Communication, before during and after, preparation/protection of the site, level of workmanship, and exceptional clean up. Our job required removal of an old damaged slate roof before a new one could be installed and in extremely tight circumstances. Michael rose to these challenges even impressing our neighbours with the teamwork and 100% clean up. Michael was present at all times whether supervising or doing the work himself. And he’s always a “gentleman” to boot. Quality First may be the best experience I’ve had with any trade ever.

Mario Cantin is in my opinion the best person to restore your heritage masonry. He is kind, caring and a consumate professional. He does his research and works to achieve what the Homeowner wants and needs. He actually does a "custom" job --- he finds the masonry adaptation that best suites your home. He came recommended to me by Heritage Preservations Services of Toronto as well as several of my neighbours in the East Annex. I walked around and looked at their houses --- very good work and the neighbours raved about him. He uses several tints to match the mortar and a variety of old techniques to match the bricks. You arrive back every night to a spotlessly clean work zone, and he works with your neighbours to limit disruption, noise, dust etc. I must confess I was moved to tears (of joy) when the completion of the restoration of our Victorian home was revealed to me. The work is beautiful ---- it exceeded my expectations. So much so I engaged Mario Cantin again this past month to restore the side and back of the house : again a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Mario Cantin and his team at Invisible Tuckpointing. They are a 12 out of 10!!

My favourite Home Contractor is Brian Finlayson owner and worker of New View Window Cleaning. For a very reasonable charge you will experience a First Class Professional personable, prompt, courteous, careful, thoughtful gentlemen who is a pleasure to have at your home. He wants to do exactly what the customer wants and then some because his own personal standards are so high. Your windows will be sparkling and the frames spotless. Brian is careful to do no damage to heritage masonry and wooden structures. He is equally impressive re: eavestroughs. He left mine completely leaf free and the grounds spotless. His work blows the "competition" out of the water. I give New View a 12 out of 10 and highly recommend him and his co-workers.
