I needed half of my weeping time replaced including underneath my front porch. This company is disorganized and never stuck to a schedule. I had to chase them numerous times to do work. Work was left unfinished and poorly done. After having a baby, the owner after refusing to fix my lawn that they damaged or my porch that they damaged even threatened me personally to receive payment for unfinished work. Take a look at the picture of my front yard that the owner thought was ok after promising to fix it with new topsoil or sod. This is a company that takes no pride in their work and I even had to call the police to keep them from coming back to my house.

Mike was incredible. he was able to trouble shoot all of the issues from an old home. his work is excellent, always cleans up after himself and his rates are fair. We have Mike to our house a few times and we are always impressed with his work.

IAQO has come to my home many times and Shawn was also amazing with explaining how air/moisture work in the home. Shawn helped steer us in the right direction even when we were headed in the wrong direction. Plenty of affordable and even D.I.Y solutions that I have been able to pass on to others. I have recommended IAQO to others and they were always happy as well. Shawn has saved our family an enormous amount of money with sound advice

Poor service from Mermaid pools. I purchased a solar blanket from mermaid and they cancelled on me three times on dates they offered. When they did show up it was late and without the proper supplies. They gave me no instructions and when they came back to complete the job they said I had not taken care of the cover? This is the second time this year I have had terrible service from Mermaid so I called and asked for the manager, they told me he wasn't in and would call me back. I had to call back twice more and not one of my calls has been returned. Once again terrible service
