The dormers on my period home required restoration after 30 years of Canadian winters and I was looking for somebody who could bring them back to their original condition. (Millwork/Painting) Nick and his team were able to complete the work professionally on time and on budget. It was important to the project to maintain the original details without compromise and InterUrban was able to do that. I would highly recommend this company of any of your renovation or restoration work.

For the last five years I've asked Black Forest to look after pruning the bushes and shrubs on my property. They do an excellent job not only with pruning but also keeping the area tidy. When they left everything was completely spotless and looking ready for showcase. Karl and his team are very competent and efficient getting the job done and at a very reasonable price for an "All day" job. Would not have any hesitation recommending them for any of your gardening needs.

Ray and his team did a great job repairing a patio and walkway. They gave me a detailed estimate and a fair price then they executed exactly what they promised to do. Ray was very easy to work with and even made suggestions about how to complete the work so that his repair ended up being much better than the original work that was done 30 years ago. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Golden Paving for any interlock or stone work and will definitely use them again.

I contacted Al and set an appointment within the week. Al showed up right on time and did an excellent job. Everything was done neatly and carefully. Also very friendly and personable. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and why. The price was exactly as he indicated on the phone when I set up the appointment. Very responsive, Good work and Fair pricing. I contacted Premiere regarding a repair to the marble surround on my fireplace box as well as laying down some marble tiles in the ensuite bathroom. (when tearing out the original vanity I discovered the original builder did not lay tiles directly underneath the vanity since it was hidden from view ---- of course !!) With the new vanity the tiles are open to view so I had to fill in the missing tiles. Gary from Premiere was onsite within a week and did an excellent job carefully replacing the marble slabs in the fireplace and laying the missing tiles under the bathroom vanity. He did such a good job with the tiles that I asked him to come back to complete the installation of the new cabinets and stone counter top along with the required plumbing adjustments. I'm very pleased with the high quality of work and "going the extra mile" to make sure everything was completed before leaving even if it a meant a little extra time on the job. I would highly recommend Premiere for any of your millwork or fireplace needs. Rocco and Williams are very experienced in this category and will not disappoint you.

I contacted Dan to install my new Sommer garage door opener on the recommendation of the brand distributor and he was very quick to respond setting up an appointment to remove the old door opener and install the new one. He showed up exactly when he said he would and not only installed the new garage opener but also gave the door a tuneup explaining how everything worked. Then he also tuned up the other door which he wasn't even paid to work on. This company appreciates the value of a satisfied customer doing more than they are required to do in order to exceed your expectations ! By the way, if you aren't familiar with Sommer garage door openers I would highly recommend buying one from Dan. They are amazingly quiet and well built.

Cornell shingled my mansard roof in Oct 2010. Several weeks ago I noticed that some shingles had fallen out and slid down into my eavestrough exposing the roof deck. With rain in the forecast I realized this repair should be done sooner rather than later to avoid more serious damage and higher repair cost. After contacting Cornell several times I got a return call requesting exact address so they could repair the damage on Monday. To make a long story short nobody showed up on Monday and despite many additional calls and emails Cornell did not return my calls or respond to emails. Two weeks later after having another company repair the damage I've still not heard from Cornell. The company making the repairs reported that whoever installed the shingles had not nailed them down in the proper spot and that was the reason why they came down. Poor quality installation and no response for followup service. I would definitely not recommend this company or ever hire them to do any work in the future.

I called Solutions Electric to look at a plug that wasn't working in my home. After speaking with Frank he arranged for a call the next day. Joe showed up promptly after calling to let me know he was not too far away and would be there within the hour. Taking a look at the situation Joe was able to assess the problem and resolve the situation quickly and correctly. I found him completely professional and very courteous fixing the problem and making sure he explained exactly what was going on. I had my problem resolved and was given a very fair price. I will definitely be using Solutions Electric for all my electrical requirements in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family. Our furnace was 25 years old and although it was a "high efficiency" model it was one of the earliest available. We decided it would be good to replace it now since the Gov't incentives were available and it would likely need to be replaced anyway in the near future. After reviewing the various furnace brands we settled on two different companies Carrier and Lennox. I interviewed five different contractors discussing features, performance, installation and cost. Most contractors insisted that although the products were very important the most important aspect of project was installation and after sales support. After speaking with Ray at Four Seasons, I concluded that his company could provide the most reasonable price and the best installation and followup service. His explained that his staff was both experienced and knowledgeable regarding the Carrier products. I also found the Four Seasons office staff were very responsive during the research phase of the project. The installation by Fred at Four Season's was very well planned and completed in a professional manner. Initially our Carrier Air Purifier was not working properly however Four Seasons quickly replaced the unit with no questions asked. Today both the Carrier Inifinity Furnace and Air Purification system are working flawlessly. I would not hesitate to recommend Ray and Four Season's Air Control to everyone.
