The company has done a good job with fertilizing and lawn analysis, and my lawn is looking good. A bit disappointed that the core aeration has not been done yet (late June) as we normally have done this in April or early May. If Hometurf had done this already I would rate about 4.5. Also, the effectiveness of the broadleaf weed control is questionable. (Now, and in the past, I haven't found iron-based products to be very effective.)

Matt & his helper did several jobs: electrical panel upgrade (fuse to circuit breakers); install of sub-panel; correct wiring of dishwasher; install of lights & outlet to patio. From start to finish, Matt kept me informed & helped me get through the city's red tape. Highly recommended.

I needed to get my garage door working again, as I would need my car to go to work the next day. Called the Door Master and arranged with the receptionist for an appointment later in the day. Adam called & let me know his arrival time, saw what the problem was, gave me a quote & fixed it within an hour. He was very pleasant & helpful. The door now opens better than before (always had a bit of a delay, now it opens immediately). I had called another repair company for an estimate but they delayed getting to me, so I chose DM and wasn't disappointed. Thank you!

Mostly easy to arrange. Very disappointed that enercare no longer provides on-line booking (If they do, I couldn't find it easily). It seems all the customer care is now overseas, which is also disappointing. However, the local workmen have always been pleasant & efficient and provide helpful feedback & advice.

Wanting to make more use of our downstairs family room, we decided to replace our wood fireplace with a gas insert. I researched various companies & models, and decided that Kastle Fireplace Ltd was my best choice. They were very helpful in helping me choose a model to fit my budget, and the installation was done professionally and required no cleanup. Staff at all levels explained everything clearly. Very satisfied & have enjoyed this all winter.

Salesperson Phil did a great job explaining everything and leading us through the process. Zoran and his helper installed the windows efficiently and left no mess that I could see. The only disappointment we had was that the manufacturer did not supply one of the windows as ordered, meaning it had to be rescheduled for a later installation date. This re-scheduling was done quickly & professionally, which speaks highly of Brock's concern for its customers
