Andres and his team worked all day to remove steps that were falling apart and then rebuilt them with new materials. They also leveled off an area where I wanted a storage unit, set down pavers and constructed the storage unit for me. They were pleasant, very capable and efficient. They did an excellent job and I am very pleased with the results. The pricing was very fair as well.

For the third time, Eugene and his team at AquaTech have completed a water damage repair and waterproofing job for us. This time, I noticed that bricks near a downspout were crumbling and the damage was quite widespread. The team dug out a deep trench alongside the house, by hand, removed the crumbling brick faces, parged the entire surface, installed water-proofing membrane, and replaced all of the soil and river rock exactly as it was before. They cleaned up the work area and left no mess behind. And all done in about 6 hours. The pricing is very reasonable, the work quality is excellent, and you can depend on this firm to resolve any waterproofing challenges in your home.

We chose SprinklerKings to install a lawn irrigation system for us based on the excellent reviews they have received from existing customers, and what a great decision this has been! Richard met with me initially to review the requirements and to prepare a quote. He and his team arrived at 8am this morning and worked non-stop until the entire system was installed and tested this evening. 4 separate lawn areas, 2 in front of the house and two behind; elevation changes; a swimming pool to work around; water lines that needed to go behind a pool shed, under concrete walkways, and through soil full of tree roots. 5 different watering zones. All installed in just one damp and windy day. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of the team, their skilled handiwork, the attention to detail, and the complete clean-up of the work site when the job was done. Beyond exceptional!

We had a minor water leak damaging the interior finished walls in our family room. Eugene inspected the home, gave us a quote and yesterday, an amazing team came out to locate and repair the fault. They worked tirelessly, digging down 9½ feet to expose the foundation, found and fixed the crack, covered the entire surface with various layers of protective and waterproof membranes, replaced everything, including plants, and when they were done, the area looked exactly as it did before they began. High-quality work, a fair price, and all done as scheduled. This is an excellent company to work with.

This was a complex job as we had a blockage in the pipe between the kitchen sink and the drainage stack and there are multiple 90 degree turns in the pipe making it very difficult to get a snake into. Jeff arrived on time, reviewed the problem, produced a written quote and explained what he planned to do. He said that he may have to try different options due to the maze of drain pipes and multiple turns. He worked tirelessly for almost 4 hours and completely fixed the problem. The sink drains better now than it ever did before, and Jeff left our place totally spotless when the Job was done. Very pleased with this job.

We had most of the rooms, all of the hallways and the outside of our house painted by the most amazing team from Finer Edge - Rasul and Hamid. They were professional, friendly, arrived on time, worked fast and they are such expert painters. They moved all of the furniture out of the way to do the painting and put it back in place after. They removed switch plates, took down window coverings, patched and sanded where necessary. They covered everything with plastic sheeting and fabric drop cloths, but did not really need to as they made no mess at all. And the whole project was wrapped up in less than 5 days. We are just delighted with the results and could not ask for a better outcome.

My wife and I went into Canadian Appliance looking for a new fridge and dishwasher, and perhaps a stove and over-the-stove microwave. Our salesman was helpful, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. We ended up buying 4 Kitchenaid appliances after our salesman reviewed the features and benefits of the various options. He packaged this up with a 5-year extended warranty, a free mixer or set of pots and pans, an insanely low delivery price for all four items and an equally low price for taking away our old appliances. I received e-mails telling me the status of the order and links to the user guides for each of the appliances. I found the service to be excellent, the showroom is clean, bright and modern and the range of products is extensive. Now, about the delivery - only one word to describe it - fantastic! Two wonderful guys, they came in, assessed the layout of our house, took one of the front doors off the hinges and took the pictures off the wall. The old fridge was gone and the new stove came in, then the fridge. How those boys moved it up the stairs with only an inch to spare each side I do not know, but they did, and they didn’t scrape a wall or mark anything. Then the dishwasher and microwave came in, and then they put the handles on the fridge and after I connected the waterline they moved the fridge into place and they removed all the packing materials. Door back on its hinges, sign for delivery and they were gone. Fast, efficient and friendly. Perfect.
