Really disappointed in this company after using them twice and was happy with them before. They told me me they could install the ductless A/C system no problem. Did not discuss any difficulty with the work before or during. Complained after paying in full and was attacked for doing so and asking them to fix. They refused to discuss any options that would satisfy me or even compromised. They even refused to answer my call and only could use email to argue my position respectfully! See photos

Anyone reading this email, please contact us as we would be glad to provide you with the email trail that shows how we have offered solutions to appease this customer. Yosie agreed to the service, we completed the ductless successfully, all up to code, all wires secured and she paid and signed the invoice. She asked for more work, its was not in the original quote or discussion, she refused to pay, instead she slanders us. We hope you do not do this to another company. We have regret to have serviced you.

The most incompetent company and workers. They were called to take care of removing squirrels from my house humanly. They set up a cage with a trap door for them to get out that does not open. After a week, the whole family died stinking up my home and having flies... I called them in between and told them something was wrong. Instead they act like I do not know anything and keep telling me that everything they did is fine. I had to call BHWR remove the trap and the dead squirrels and fix the hole and damage they created trying to get out. Disgusting... I would never recommend this company!

Took this system in August 2016... alarm and camera monitoring... within a short period from purchase and install nothing but problems with cameras not working... they sent somebody again to fix it this week and today the whole alarm system does not work... they say battery low but there was no shortage and after they send me to check the system... they think it is a bigger problem, so service call again! leaving my house unmonitored while I pay for it is not an emergency as they can only send someone tomorrow between noon and four... and me having to take another day off for them! Their staff on the phone are useless and rude! No customer relations and they really don't care that you are frustrated of paying for something that is supposed to protect your home but does not work! On top of it... the last service guy says if something goes wrong ask for me... I did... they give you grief and are upset that you do! What's the point... I am starting to hate this company and may have to look for another one... especially for the price they charge with no satisfaction or service!

This was not a small feat. A lot of windows and working in heights, in sometime tight spaces between houses. They were very diligent, professional, and they did a great job. Those windows had not been cleaned by previous owners for years. It felt so good to be able to see clearly through the windows. They even cleaned the casing around the windows. Am very satisfied!
