This was the 4th time I hired Reliable for services. Another perfect experience. Bought another furnace and install was amazing. The guys were very polite and a pleasure to be around. John is a great guy to deal with prior to purchase. Extremely knowledgable and so patient. I probably made him wait longer than needed at times but he was always really patient. I actually feel like I was a difficult client at times due to my busy schedule but they still delivered the same service. Pretty sure this is their normal standard of service. I'm hiring then yet again for humidifiers. A++++

Quality of work is outstanding. Hard working guys and get the job done right. Andrew is a down to earth guy and runs an honest and respectable company. We owe him a big thank you for all the hard work a s patience he showed our family. I'd hire Andrew and his crew in a heartbeat and have recommended Penta to countless people.

Bummer. I was really happy with their services in past years. They weren't very good last year and this year they promised to be better yet treated me like my money was worth nothing. I had to cancel my contract after the last snowfall. Major lack of communication with me and wasnt impressed with almost 2 inches of snow in my lane way then being told they were doing courtesy passes as if the accumulation over 2 days was them doing me a favour. Ya thanks. There are other things that have gone wrong with the service hut I find every plow company forgets from time to time - and that's ok. It's how to fix the mistake. I dont think this company really cares if your satisfied or not to be honest. Maybe other people have better experiences. I hope they go back to their service model before. Way more effective.

We stake all customers everyday and a man goes out daily to fix any missing or broken stakes, I’ll advise your CSR Sarah and if you call and ask for Sarah this can be remedied quickly. Also we have an issue form on our website that goes directly to your rep and is addressed immediately it’s included in all my emails. Please use this as the fasted way to get things done.

We searched a couple companies before we called Reliable. Got to say - Reliable spent 2 hours here looking at my home to be sure I purchased the right furnace. It was wonderful to have such service! The other companies were here for 10 minutes and just matched the old furnace BTU (which actually was WRONG for my home). Install was smooth and I felt taken care of. Even gave us a military discount. They told us how to claim our rebate and even did it for us. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. They are my go to for my HVAC and I will be calling them soon to replace my water tank and second furnace. Thank you!

After shopping around for a while for the best door and price, Renaud came in the cheapest with the best looking door. Delivery of the door was right on time and installation was smooth. Installers were very friendly. I've used Renaud twice now. First job had a couple hiccups but they did a great job. This install was perfect. I'll be using them to replace all my windows and doors. Thanks for the great service.
