Over the last couple of years our AC unit has given some trouble, even though it's not old. This year the unit failed to come on at all. We made a service request and were given one for about 5 days away. Then we got a call offering for a technician to come in "tomorrow"! Very pleased, to say the least. The technician, Ricardo, quickly identified the root of the problem. He discovered some issue with how one of the fittings had been previously installed. He spent all the time needed to fix it once and for all. Our AC is working now better than it has for years. Super job, Ricardo, and thanks! (I believe the work was done through Perry Fuels, an Enercare subcontractor, a quality service provider in Durham Region.)

The folks at Whitby's End-of-the-Roll were superb from start to finish. They displayed their expert knowledge by helping us choose the right carpet for the long term. They followed up with a home visit to professionally measure and plan for the install. Our project was personally led by Mike, to whom we're extremely grateful. He oversaw the on-time, first class installation - something we know we'll be very happy with for years to come. Thanks to the End of the Roll management team - a group we highly recommend for their product and for their great customer service.

The process from quote to completion was flawless and painless. Our old shingles were removed, plywood replaced and all new shingles installed at lightening speed. "Efficiency, quality and attention to detail" define Wilson roofing. I saw them do other jobs then took them on for our big job. They exceeded my expectations.
