AC Unit serviced with excellence
Over the last couple of years our AC unit has given some trouble, even though it's not old. This year the unit failed to come on at all. We made a service request and were given one for about 5 days away. Then we got a call offering for a technician to come in "tomorrow"! Very pleased, to say the least.
The technician, Ricardo, quickly identified the root of the problem. He discovered some issue with how one of the fittings had been previously installed. He spent all the time needed to fix it once and for all. Our AC is working now better than it has for years.
