Spoke to Steve and explained the problem with my garage door (it kept getting stuck every time I tried to open it). Steve walked me through the solution over the phone and in about 7 minutes the garage door was working again. If I ever have problems with my garage door again I know where to go, this guy is great! Thank you Steve.
Baking function of the oven was not working. Called the Appliance Guy and he quickly figured out what it was (bake ignitor was completely burned out)and replaced the part (which he already had on hand). Professional, efficient, and easy to deal with. Thanks Joe, if any of our other appliances malfunction I know who to call.
Smell of sewage emanating from our washroom and laundry room

We saw a mouse run under our oven on two occasions and decided to call in the professionals. Kevin from Wildlife came in, explained everything, was very friendly, and two weeks later our problem was solved. I appreciate how honest he was every step of the way, and it was truly the best $300 we have spent on the house since we've owned it. Jeff from DrainWorks replaced our kitchen faucet. He did a great job, was very friendly and explained things as he went along. Also, he showed me how to lower the temperature from scalding to hot on my water heater at no extra cost.
