I have used GTA Wildlife Removal and Pest Control in the past and was pleased with their service. I had another issue with mice and called them again. Carl was extremely helpful. He took the time to explain things and even came back to follow up to check to make sure the mice weren't coming back.

Troy was a lifesaver! I had some real problems with a squirrel who moved her family in to my deck. Troy was on time, installed a one way door for them and sealed up the other entry point. Before he left he found another spot they were going in that I didn't know about and fixed that too! I can't say enough about the time and care he took helping me.

Troy was very responsive to all my questions and concerns. He supplied pictures and reassurance is that the work would be done. He responded very quickly, and got the work done. He added a trap door and will be back in a few weeks to remove and repair the soffit. Very happy with this company and specially Troy service.

Started to look for pest control about 2 weeks ago when there was so much noise in the attic that something is/are scratching in there. In fact, we heard animal screaming and saw one walking at our backyard. Troy was the first shop I called. Frankly, initially, he sounded a bit casual and think it is a minor issue (hahaha but it is a serious problem to me). After checking few more places, I have decided to go for Troy eventhough he is not the cheapest (well, I have learnt the cheapest may not be good at all). Reasons why I go for Troy is he is one of the few who is willing to provide his service when there is a lot of snow on my roof (some shops asked me to wait as they do not work when there is snow covered the roof) and he is very very responsive. It has turned out his casualness is a reflection of his solid knowledge and experience about this kind of situation, and all the tricks and minor details he has. very pleased to have him to help us. Quality service and flexible and also a very pleasant person to work with.

Troy was great at explaining and communicating the issues I was dealing with and did a clean job

Troy responded promptly to my call and was able to be at my home the next day. He did a clean and excellent job repairing racoon damage to my lower roof and siding and covering my vents to prevent further occurrence. He then cleaned my backyard and roof of the damaged shingles. I strongly recommend him.

This is the second time I needed help with some critters in my attic so (14 years later) of course I'm going to give Troy a call. Troy is the real deal, he came the following day and quickly identified the entry point and also took care to check the entire roof perimeter and sure enough found a second location and blocked it off. I highly recommend Troy, AFAIC he's the best in the business!

This company and Troy are legit. There are a lot of shady companies out there be careful. Troy was awesome knew his stuff and was a perfectionist with the quality of work. He also recommended not doing some unnecessary work which saved me $500.

I must say, Troy is an absolute gem to work with. This is the second time that we had to plug a hole in the neighbors house and there is nothing more I could ask for as a customer. Polite, friendly, helpful, informative, punctual and most importantly HONEST!!
