I don't like to write bad reviews. I wrote an excellent review after the first experience with this company. The second experience was very disappointing. So, to balance out my reviews and ensure a more reasonable reflection of my overall impression of the company, I am writing my first bad review. An unprofessional crew arrived and left after about 15 minutes. The fee was not fair for the service provided. As a returning customer, I expected much better service. I have not called them again and I am not sure that I would use them again.

I've had my roof replaced, my eaves replaced, and my sky lights replaced by Avenue Road Roofing and brick work done by Avenue Road Masonry. They always do excellent work, send nice and honest people, clean up, give me a fair price, and follow up after. They have consistently exceeded expectation. Water in the house causes expensive damage. I feel confident that Avenue Road Roofing will know what to do and execute to the highest possible standard. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Another very satisfied customer! I found Strong Plumbing on Homestars and I agree with the other reviewers. The owner is very pleasant, professional and pays attention to details. He takes pride in his work and he is very skillful and knowledgable. I am very pleased with the service and would not hesitate to recommend him to others and call him back again for all of my plumbing needs! He's fantastic:)

Excellent service! Very knowledgable, professional, polite, friendly, competent, clean, efficient and reliable. The price is higher than a window cleaning service, but you get what you pay for. Tip Top has very high standards and they guarantee their work. They specialize in troughs, so they inspect, maintain and clean. Given that a poor job can lead to water damage inside, I find it worth the price to ensure quality workmanship. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. I will definitely have them back again.

They are knowledgeable, professional, reliable and honest! They go above and beyond to ensure a high quality result that will last over time. I found them meticulous and skillful. I have used their services many times and I will use them many times in the future.
