Mark and Mike were professionals all the way through the project. Installation was fast and clean and everything was tidied and vacuumed after the job was done. I'm not really sure if there is anything that I can fault them on. The only issue we encountered was a bit of misunderstanding on my part about runner widths, which resulted in a few steps being narrower than I expected. Even though it was most likely my mistake, Mark graciously offered to replace the affected carpet at no charge. I did not take him up on the offer, as I don't think it would be fair to him to replace something that I caused. I would definitely use Victorious Carpet again and would recommend anyone to put them on their short list of companies if they need carpet services.

TL;DR - I totally could have been charged for a duct cleaning service I didn't need, but I wasn't. Honest duct cleaning companies do exist... and The Duct Cleaning Specialists are one of the good ones. 100% recommend them. Longer story: So I bought a place and booked duct cleaning just to be sure everything is fresh before we move in. Paul's crew (John and Mariela) showed up and got to work. They were tidy, equipment was clean, made every effort to minimize potential messes, and explained everything they were going to be doing. About 20 minute into the service, John calls me down to the furnace room. I'm getting ready for bad news, but he tells me that there's really nothing for them to clean! He showed me pictures of my super clean ducts and points out that service had just been done last year by another company. I was super impressed by the honesty. If they hadn't told me what they found, I would never have known and would have been charged for something that didn't need to be done. Instead, I told that since no cleaning was required, they would complete a basic service and call it a day. I would fully and completely recommend the Duct Cleaning Specialists to anyone without any reservations whatsoever.

Paul and Joe just left my place and I wanted to let folks know about how friendly and thorough a job they did at my place. They were super upfront about what they could and could not do, managing expectations very well. They explained their cleaning method and how it compared with others, including the pros and cons of each. Their equipment used in the house was very clean, so no dust from previous jobs were left of my floor. Shoes were removed as soon as they entered. However, it's the small details that set my mind at ease, such as always taking a second look under tables and behind doors to ensure that they didn't miss any ducts and double checking equipment for damage before starting the job to ensure everything was in working order. I would definitely call them again in a few years (they felt that I wouldn't need to see them for at least another 5 years) or if I move into a new place.
