I emailed to request non urgent service on a main toilet and received contact immediately at 8 pm ! They offered a 9 am appt the next morning which is simply amazing! Austen arrived a few minutes early but only came to the door at the exact time. He was a complete professional and gentleman. He checked the toilet, did a number of checks and replaced parts as requested. He explained everything thoroughtly and left within 30 minutes! AMAZING - I now have a go to plumber!

We had 2 Mountain Ash and 1 Crab Apple tree trimmed today. Jeremy came out as scheduled and provided a quote and walk through. His knowledge and expertise is amazing - a real professional! The trees were trimmed as scheduled, yard cleaned up perfectly. I commend not only his workmanship but his management qualities in communication, quotes and invoicing - all very easy and straight forward and immediate!!! Would definitely refer and recommend to do business with!

This company came out twice to estimate our 3 sides and neighbors on either side had projects as well. 3 jobs in 1 - total approx $12,000. They were very accomodating as to the style of the fence and gates, however they had to redo our back fence 3 times and our gates twice. We were not fussy just many mistakes.

We did a complete house reno and created an open concept whereby the island would be a feature. Jane created the design we were looking for 6.5 ft x 5 ft with a wine fridge, pullout liquor cabinets and eating area for the cat (made from a microwave cabinet). Beyond the quality cabinets is the outstanding customer service. Once the cabinets arrived, I was taken to the warehouse to confirm the color as we were matching and older dining room suite. After installation, Jane herself wanted a site visit to confirm workmanship and noted a few details that I had not seen or concerned about. She had her installers return to 'cleanup' the insides of the cabinets and smooth some edges on the vanity. Everyone in the store is very welcoming and helpful. We would strongly recommend them for quality and customer service!

The hardwood floor is beautiful but we have waited 4 months for flush wood floor vents ordered and paid Nov 5th. There is zero customer service or follow-up and they make a lot of excuses and I cannot trust them now

Linda from Ram followed up on my previous poor rating in September. She arranged to have Jeff come out and 'reclean' the carpet areas that had been previously over wet and left 'brown out' on our light grey carpets. Jeff arrived at 8:30 am and was extremely pleasant. He recleaned the carpets and was done in an hour - not using much water. Carpets looked very good. Thank you Ram for your concern and follow-up!

We hired Ram to clean our light grey carpets as we have many times before. LR DR FR stairs and 2 loveseats. We requested special attention to cat urine areas with sanitzer and deoderizer. The carpet was WET for 3 days and brown out stains showed severe when dry. Customer service called as a follow up and I stated my dissatisfaction and they said they would follow up with the tech and I never heard from them again!

After reading the recommendations we hired Murray to retile our tub/shower area. He had great suggestions including building a soap holder out of the 12x12 tiles which is ideal for shampoos etc and only $55 and looks fabulous!! Will hire him for our next project! I have already passed his name on to friends that I want to remain friends with!
