No complains about the service but the price came in significantly higher as presented over the phone. The technician didn't bother to present an estimate and just proceeded with the service and presented us with the invoice. Well, lesson learned. Next time I wont just rely on what I am told but will grill the onsite person. Too bad one has to do that. UPDATE Company cares about getting the job done right and followed up.
