I heard scurrying in my basement ceiling and called TSR Pest control. The scurrying continued after my service and I went outside and found a hole that look like squirrels. Alen from TSR confirmed it was squirrels but refused to come back and remedy the issue. Instead he said it was common for this type of year. I paid $350 to remove mice. There was a squirrel problem that was missed and now I have to find another contractor as it’s on the roof. Really disappointed in the completely uninterested response from Alen at TSR Pest control.

I have purchased a number of home and always had home inspectors. Each home had problems and I had lost faith in the usefulness of home inspections. Woody changed all that. The inspection was thoroughly done and even my realtor took his card, as a seasoned realtor she was impressed with his service. The computerized report with pictures enabled me to go back to the sellers and get some issues fixed! Well worth the money for that alone. Would highly recommend!!!

I found Homeseal off Kijiji and asked them to come and blow out my dryer vent as the dryer wasn't drying the clothes as it was blocked. We discussed that they could blow it or clean it out via the attic. They came the next day as scheduled and put in tool into the foil tube that allows the dryer to vent. They cut a hole in it, why not take it off you ask, and then taped it back up. I paid and they left promptly after assuring me that they would email me the invoice the next day. The dryer didn't dry the clothes any better, and the tape blew off and the lint blew through my house (top level dryer) and then the clothes started to dry. A couple of issues: we talked about them going into the attic to clear the blockage, once there they assured me that blowing it would be the best way. I didn't get a copy of my invoice. I called a couple times the first week. Daily the second week. The third week I put in requests daily via the web site, called almost daily and then called 5 times in a rows. During this, I spoke to them a couple of times and they explained, as others here have said, it's their busiest season and I didn't get the invoice. I needed the invoice to get compensated for the work done, I had to pretty much stalk them to get it. My advise, stay clear. I paid for a service that didn't fix the issue and then couldn't get the invoice. I'm guessing they likely do not remit the taxes so they don't give invoices.

I made an appointment with Mark and he arrived on time and was the easy going, nice guy that I've read about on the reviews. I have two houses and he went to the first house (rental property), addressed the issue with the air conditioner and cleaned the furnace and came back to my home and fixed an issue with the furnace and I asked him to go into the attic and clean out my dryer vent and he did that too even though it clearly wasn't a furnace, a/c or electrical issue. I asked him because I saw he did it for someone else on here and I needed it done. The price for the work was fair so I asked him to put up a light fixture and change a couple of light switches from the regular ones to the Decora (square) switches. He even did more than I paid him to do at no extra charge because he didn't like the idea of leaving a job incomplete. He stayed long enough to make sure that the dryer was now drying the clothes before taking my money. Fantastic! Especially as I had already paid someone to fix it and it didn't work and I was left out of pocket with a dryer that wasn't working. He did the dryer last because he said he would not be able to do anything else after being exposed to the insulation. One note, I saw the other comments about him borrowing tools, I gave him a step ladder because it was handy. It wasn't long enough so he went to his truck and got his. I see no issue with lending him things that are close by. Mark is a nice guy, that is able to deliver what he promises. It's nice to work with a man of his word. I would absolutely have him back for anything else that I need and recommend him to others. He suggested a humidifier for my furnace and likely will go with him for that too.
