We had laminate floors supplied and installed by Kingsway Carpets & Blinds for our rental property in Kitchener. The installer, Orhan, did an excellent job removing the existing carpet, carefully removing the baseboards to not damage the drywall, and finally installing the new laminate floors. Once done, he cleaned up and removed any debris from the home. We are very satisfied with the finished product and will recommend Kingsway to family and friends.

My husband and I finished our basement on our own back in 2013 and I just realized I never posted a review for Kingsway!!! Better late than never I suppose! We wanted a durable laminate floor that was neither matte nor too glossy. We found a few options at Kingsway and took them home to verify the colors and sheen in the space. Maria was great at helping us place the order and making sure we ordered enough. Once the order was ready for pick up, my husband and I installed it together - I would measure and click into place while he did the cutting. It turned out great! Solid product, amazing service! After 3 years of having no light fixture in our Dining Room, my husband and I decided to put one in. I was looking for a very specific light fixture - something that was funky, a work of art if you will. I went into the store and was amazed at the selection of lights. I ordered the fixture of my choice back in May and it was ready for pickup within 2 weeks. We just got around to installing it and it looks fabulous!

We contacted 3 companies for a quote based on the reviews we read on this site. Vik was the first to respond to my inquiry and he had the best deal. He came in on a Friday before a long weekend to measure and informed us it would take approximately 2 weeks. Well, he ended up doing the install the following Friday! He was professional and his team of installers did a fantastic job. We are very pleased with the service and the final product!

Outstanding service and workmanship. Not only was Krys' labor rate extremely reasonable, he was right on the money with the quote for the lumber too. He is very quick to respond to text messages (which was great!) and gives you his honest opinion if you have doubts. This was our first personal experience with a trade and we are really pleased with the outcome. He finished framing our basement in ONE day and he left it neat and tidy. He's definitely set the bar high for trades coming in after him!
