Our basement was ruined due to the July storm. Kyle of Sharrison Painting was highly recommended for the renovation by our son who used the company for work in his condominium. Every detail of any work that needed to be done was discussed before hand and the cost that would be involved given in writing. Kyle is very professional, and very considerate in always advising of what would be happening next. He has excellent contacts with the sub-trades. Despite the stress of all that needed to be done, we felt completely at ease with Kyle and Max as they certainly knew what they were doing. We have received high quality work at a very good price. Slavic was recommended to us several months ago and when we had flooding in our basement from the storm, we contacted him. From the first moment he arrived and explained how the backwater valve worked and what would be involved in the entire process, (obtaining the city permit, arranging for the inspector, how much floor would have to be broken up, etc.), in addition to his very reasonable price, we knew we had a "keeper". We will be contacting Slavic to waterproof the outside of our entire house next Spring. We have been very happy to recommend him to several people.
