He was upfront about what the repair would cost. He worked efficiently and knowledgeably. He knew the tricks of the trade to make the job easier. The repair was completed quickly and expertly. Mehmet was very polite and easy to talk to. I'm happy to recommend GVA Plumbing to anyone looking for a plumber who is honest and competent.

Our furnace stopped working and Pro Ace was the only company I contacted that would come out on the same day. I was very pleased with the technician. He was very personable and he really knew his stuff. He gave me some good advice on what to look out for in the future. I will happily use Pro Ace as my new "go to" furnace service company.

We had installed an exposed aggregate concrete patio and walkway about 20 years ago. They were both tilting so we called for an estimate to get them leveled. We were advised that the patio was okay for now, and I appreciated the honesty. The walkway was raised (by as much as a foot on one end) and is now level. I appreciated how patient John was with my phone calls (I nagged him for dates, but it was one of the wettest falls on record). I would gladly use this company again.

We really appreciated that we could look around the showroom without any pressure whatsoever. But when we wanted information or advice it was given freely, without a sales pitch. When we settled on a product we placed our order, but a manufacturer's delay set our schedule back. There were problems with the product and Absolutely Floored negotiated the replacement and even brought out the manufacturer's rep to see what the problem was. Even though the product problems were frustrating, the dealer did everything necessary to resolve the issues. In the end, we are happy with our new floor.

Although not the cheapest quote I received, it was clear that the workmanship and materials would be superior, along with a better warranty. Greg wanted me to understand the structure of the roof membrane and why certain features were necessary. He recommended improvements to the ventilation to prolong the roof's life. At all stages he kept me informed of the schedule and their progress through telephone calls and email. When a small break in the weather opened up, he brought in extra crew to get the job done faster. He invited me up to the roof several times during the work to show me the progress and answer questions. After the work was completed the site was left clean. I would definitely recommend Crucial Roof Services to anyone wanting a good roofing experience.
