I had an excellent experience with this company. From the initial quotation to the install - everything was first rate. They really went the extra mile to solve a problem with the hardware that I had purchased. I would never hesitate to hire this company for any job big or small

A very responsive company. Excellent communication prior in order to schedule the repair. Came same say to assess the problem and returned the following day to complete it. Showed photographs of the affected area. Would use again in the future.

I have done countless projects with Prelock in my house from locks, alarms, window bars, security film, security cameras etc. I'm paranoid :) This company does it all, does it extremely well and with efficiency you simply won't find elsewhere. Call Prelock and sleep better, it's that simple.

Installing a generator requires an absolute expert. Many critical aspects of your home are involved (electrical, gas, structural). Do yourself a favour. Hire only Hotwire. They have extensive generator experience. They understand the product inside and out, have excellent contacts with the suppliers but most importantly, completed the installation perfectly. In a finished home. With no mess. I was astonished at the level workmanship.

Najaf (Jeff) arrived on a Sunday, on time and repaired two problems expertly and inexpensively. He explained the process and the rationale for his repairs. An outstanding service all around.
