I have been successfully running Vonage with a Comcast cable modem for 8 months. I had my POTS line replaced and rewired my ADT alarm system. Sometime in last few weeks the ADT system stopped communicating. When I called ADT, they claimed they don't support systems with Vonage. So far customer servie was not helpful and now I think I need to replace the entire system? Not sure.

I went to the Empire Today website and was impressed by their customer service awards and next day installation at competitive prices. I called them for an estimate. We hired them to install laminate flooring in the entryway, kitchen, and two bathrooms. When the installers arrived, they didn't have the tools or materials needed to do the work. The head of the crew went back to HQ to get the supplies; meanwhile the rest of the crew began tearing up the old flooring using my tools without my permission. They used my putty knives and screwdrivers in a fashion they were not designed for. When I noticed this, I asked them why they were using my tools and not their own, and they told me they were working on wood floor yesterday and didn't have the tools they needed, which didn't make any sense.

Cloud Nine has the best bed spreads. I shopped around the major department stores to familiarize myself with the ones I wanted then went to specialty shops like Cloud Nine. I described one that I saw at Macys what I could not afford. They told me I could backorder it for a cheaper price. My set arrived in about a week and recieved a call from them to pick it up. I loved that I did not have to pay for it until after the item came in.

I have known several people who bought artwork from this gallery. They don't have many pieces but they do have the most interesting ones you will find in town. I also believe the prices are very high but they make up for it with their first class service and guarantees on provenance and authenticity. This gallery is geared not to the everyday person but for real collectors of art. I bought one piece from them when I visited with a friend a few months ago. The piece I bought is one that I split the cost on with a friend. I have custody of it for one-half of the year and she has it the other. So far the arrangement has been great. I would love to buy more art from this gallery.

I went to Leeds because it was close to where I work. I went to visit the store during my lunch hour just to browse the selection. What I liked about Leeds is that they don't pressure you to make a purchase. They let you browse and try the beds. The one I wanted and found most comfortable was a bit pricey. I had taxes coming up and couldn't buy it. But when I recieved my tax refund, I used it to buy that bed a few months later when they had a sale on all Serta mattresses. I sleep better than I have before.

Jims Exotic Fish is a very good store with people who really know what they are doing. I wanted to replace my aquarium that had been used to keep my iguana. I had the staff help me pick out an aquarium and the best fish that can live in the same tank. They gave me step by step instructions on how to set it up. When I got home I had problems setting it up, so I called them and they coached me over the phone on how to do it. It took a while for me because I am not a techie but I did it and I love my fish.
