There was a monster in our basement walls. Well... it sounded like a monster. After talking to Kevin and Ian at GTA, it turns out a rat had moved in with some friends. I left a message for Kevin at 8am, and he got back to me within a half an hour. Ian was then at my house that same morning. He spent nearly 90 minutes thoroughly inspecting the basement and surrounding areas, looking for evidence and listening to my description of the noises we were hearing. Ian thoroughly explained everything he was going to do and told me what to expect moving forward. The noises have since stopped and we are (God willing) rat free. The good news is that Ian will come back within the next 30 days to check in on everything as well as be on call for the next six months. Will definitely recommend Kevin, Ian and GTA again.

Thanks very much: We do have a quick turnaround time for the entire city. Ian is a natural instinctive exterminator, definitely a Norway rat specialist. He has performed hundreds if not thousands of rat removals with consistent success. You can trust our instincts recommendations and methods. Simplicity is the essence of anything good. For (at least!) the third time, my husband and I turned to Chris and his team to help with a renovation project in our home. Once again, we were left thrilled with the results. Chris is a delight to work with, showing up on time when he makes appointments, providing accurate and fair itemized quotes and giving useful, practical advice that accommodates for different budgets. In this case, he and his team stepped in to fix our basement's botched drywall job (note: there are certain things you should always leave up to the pros and drywalling is one of them!), repaired and trimmed six doors in advance of carpet being installed and installed over 100 linear feet of new baseboards. The space looks great and we'll definitely be trusting Remodel again with future jobs. Chris, Tim and Dexter are superstars who I can't recommend enough!

My husband and I used Maidfinders' cleaning service for bi-weekly cleanings for a year. We had Anna as our cleaner and she was awesome - she wouldn't just take care of the obvious things and areas, but would surprise us by sometimes cleaning our fridge, doing our windows or even sweeping our deck if she had enough time. She was incredibly friendly and personable and we never had any concerns with her being in our house while we were at work (a BIG bonus - some previous cleaners we'd researched seemed a bit sketchy). Highly recommended. The price of $90.40 every two weeks was also more than reasonable!

I hired Lux to clean our 1 bedroom condo before being photographed and opened to showings for sale. Our condo was on the market for all of 3 days before it sold in a multiple-bid situation for over asking (in comparison to others in our building with similar layouts and features that have been stagnating on the market for 50-60 days with multiple price reductions). All of the bidders commented on how impeccably clean the unit was - a big difference compared to others they had seen listed! I wholeheartedly believe that Lux's outstanding work in prepping our condo for sale was what made the difference and helped us sell so quickly and for so much more than we expected. We'll be sure to use you Lux again soon.
