By the time Bill came to see us we had gotten a variety of quotes and advice. I was so impressed because not only did he come up with the best solution but also the best price. You can tell right away customer service means something to him. Which in the contracting world is so rare these days. Job was completed as promised on time and work site left spotless. His workers where amazing and true gentlemen. Our family was going through a hard time and they worked with us with such kindness. I will use Fairney and Sons in the future for other projects without hesitation. I will also recommend to all my friends and family.

This is one company i would not hesitate to recommend. From the very first call everything was so well done. Professional and so customer service focused. The final product is just beautiful. We are so pleased. It is good to see that amazing customer service still exists.

Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

I'm so impressed with the service starting from the very first call. Office staff is professional and very kind. Someone was out within a few hours. They came to the home promptly and quote was provided with no pressure. We called back to have work done and again in a few hours they where at our home. Work was done that same day. I have the highest praise for your company in an industry where so many people do not keep their word anymore. I would use your service again and have also recommended you to someone already. Thanks so very much! It is greatly appreciated!

They are very hard workers and they did an outstanding job!! Everything worked out well. The best thing of all the price point was amazing!! It's good to keep in mind that sometimes the biggest company is not always the best to deal with. The service was far superior from any of the others we called from the get go. Don't hesitate to use them.
