Discovered that we had a clogged kitchen drain late one Thursday evening. I called Drain Rooter around 10pm and Mike arrived the following morning at 7am, which is I believe is earlier than his normal hours, much appreciated. He snaked the pipe and all seemed ok after testing it with hot running water. The following day we discovered that it wasn't fully resolved but wasn't as bad as it was initially. I called back that Saturday morning and Mike responded that he could return the following Monday but would call to confirm availability depending on how his other jobs fared. Monday came around but we didn't receive a call. He did arrive and left his card since we weren't home but it would've been best to call and provide a heads up so we could coordinate better. Called back several times that Monday early evening and finally got a hold of Mike who agreed to arrive early the next morning, which he promptly did. He re-snaked the drain pipe but much deeper and after a week all seems ok. He provided some tips on how to avoid future clogs and general maintenance. Mike is also a beekeeper and purchased a tub of whiteflower honey, which our family really enjoys so if you like honey, be sure to buy one as well.

Ross did a great job removing the mold in our attic back in June. Before choosing Ross, of course shopped around and got some outrageous quotes. The big difference with Ross was that he didn't give us a story saying that the sky was falling and instead provided a more level headed analysis of our situation so I didn't sense that he wanted to gouge my wallet. In fact he even said that it was not serious and in his opinion did not require immediate attention due to it's low risk state but since we were going to reinsulate our attic we felt that it needed to be dealt with. Before attacking the mold I had to remove debris from the attic and Ross was of great assistance. There was quite a bit of junk to dispose of but Ross was awesome in taking it all to the dump for me so big thanks to Ross for this. He even provided me all the necessary gear to wear to get the job done. Apart from his excellent service he has a fun and easy going personality but professional as well. Would highly recommend, thanks Ross!

Zenic was the first I contacted on homestars based on reviews. Frankly I was initially turned off when he insisted that he didn't have to see our house in person and instead provided a quote over the phone. So I sought out other companies on homestars and although they offered good service the price was either outrageous or a few hundred over Zenics quote. I settled with Zenic and I concur with many happy reviews. He was punctual, professional and clean. Him and his sons blew cellulose into my attic to R50. The job took about 2 hours. There was a section of my attic that could not be accessed so he was able to cut a hole and fill it. He replaced it with a new roof vent for a small fee. He also added baffles free of charge. It has been a couple months since and immediately felt the difference. We have a room above a garage that has finally become livable. I'm looking forward to keeping warm and cozy this coming winter.

Andy was very knowledgeable & did not up sell. We purchased the versailles palace queen size just over a month ago and love it! He gave us the time and freedom to sample all mattresses and gladly answered all questions. The price for the mattresses were unbelievable for the quality (high end memory foam, all natural latex, excellent gauge pocket coils, etc.) we were there for about 3 hours testing all displays while Andy very patiently attended by. He also delivered our mattress within a few days which included the time required to manufacture a new one since the one we chose was out of stock. We shopped around a bit and Andy easily became the choice. Could not recommend a better place for mattresses.
