Had my keys changed. Process was fast and easy, I didn't really check what a good price of the service was but I saw it was a established company to i went with it.
Decided to pull the trigger on cleaning the air ducts and furnace of the house. The guys were on time informed with a 2 hour window before and then also called 30 mins before coming. They did it fairly quickly, experienced. Pleasant experience overall. There were cheaper options but I decided to go with these guys.

Called me at 7:30 AM to let me know they'd be on-site between 10 and 11 (as they said they would when I made the appointment). Gentlemen arrived on time, got straight to business. Cleaned 12 stairs and one small room in about 30 minutes. All the stains were removed from the stairs (heavily soiled prior to treatment), same with the carpet in the small room. Somewhat pricey at $110 total, but considering service and job done, was worth it. Will use them again :)
