Booked an advertised deal with these folks back in late November for this January. Just received a call from them stating that I have to do all my ducts and furnaces as part of the deal. There was no mention of this when booking, as it was discussed that we have two furnaces and I could not afford to do both at this time due to job lose. Very disappointing and very poor customer service, wait till the week before to change the conditions. Poor tastes considering al that is going on in the world. Would not recommend!!
