Vague retainer agreements, lack of clarity on deliverables, slow response times and unprofessional communication. They took money, never accounted for it, and when questioned they severed the relationship. Roccos swagger is immediately on display, and sadly hes confused using the word respectfully with actually acting in a respectful manner. Possibly the worst customer service experience of my life. Sadly, now that I look into it, I find this is a pattern and my experience is not unique.

We had a leak in our chimney and could tell the brick was fine - it was the mortar and bottom seal that needed addressing. No one would come for less than $3000, but Otto sent an estimator by and agreed it was easy access and straightforward work. Damien the mason was friendly & capable, his work safe and clean. two thumbs up!

Every point of contact was pleasant and professional. They won my trust early and never lost it. Only great things to say about the consultant Bruce, the installer mike and everyone else involved. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

Super friendly, trustworthy and motivated team. Arthur came right away to quote, shifted around his schedule to fit our needs, and the work appears to be both great and well priced. Jean who handles phone and admin was equally brilliant. Nothing but good things to say about The Roof Whisperer.

We moved a 3-bedroom apartment into a house across town. Zaid was amazing. He was careful, quick, caring and professional. He was on time and friendly and thoughtful. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.
