Dave from Encore has been terrific! New front door is just what we wanted and installation and delivery dates were on time. Calls to Dave for adjustments were responded to promptly with no delays - same day responses! Dave even came for extra visit to temporarily remove storm door for us for fridge delivery! We are so happy we chose Encore! Installation guys were very nice! We are so happy with our new storm door we are ordering a second one for our other door!

Michael was prompt and very knowledgable about this shower brand and identified problem quickly and made repair perfectly. He came immediately to fix a steadily leaking shower handle that started suddenly causing me much worry. Amazing service! Wore booties and no mess! Did not charge for warranty part that was faulty.

Kroliki did an excellent job and were prompt and efficient. Repairs needed to go up 3 stories to complete and work was done very carefully and matches pre-existing perfectly. Very pleased!

I had 4 sets of stairs done by Moe in a 3 storey townhouse wherein the stairs were carpeted by the builder. Some stairs had to be modified as they were crooked and Moe did this work expertly so the stair would be even. The work is excellent and it is so nice to have beautiful stairs instead of carpet throughout the house. Moe was prompt and his worker was on time everyday and the job was completed in record time. Moe did his best to keep the sawdust down and under control. I am very satisfied with the work and the quality of the wood material used. I highly recommend Renew Stairs!
