We wanted to replace our old asphalt shingles with something a little better and decided to go with synthetic slate. Our house is small, and we had a hard time finding a contractor who was willing to do the work. Royal York Roofing Ltd did a great job for us and it has resulted in an excellent upgrade to our property. The cost was as estimated. The crew worked diligently and cleaned up every day. Chris and his crew at Vic Porch designed and built our new front porch, and demolished and disposed of the old one. The crew cleaned up daily. The cost matched the estimate. They did a great job and did it quickly.

We live in a semi-detached house that is nearly 90 years old. Our new neighbours have a state of the art TV which was clearly audible in our living room and another which was somewhat audible in our bedroom. Knox I & R pumped insulation into the common wall in the bedroom and the hallway, and built a one and a half inch thick sound barrier wall in the living room. It was successful at reducing the sound to near zero. We are very happy with the outcome. The price was fair and reasonable. The work crew cleaned up after themselves every day.
