We expanded our kitchen (moved stairs) and needed our new kitchen floor tiled. It turned out that the old floor below was about 6 levels. Most people wouldnt take it on. River reed made a plan.. flattened the floor enough to tile it perfectly with chevron tiles. It honestly could not look more perfect. We are so happy with it. We didnt think it could ever look this good. Attention to detail, perfectionist, accountability. Highly recommend.

Terry came out to provide a quote for a partial basement waterproofing. His quote was fair and lower than another company that came. He answered all of my questions and we scheduled the job. He was easy to reach and quick to respond to questions. When the scope expanded due to our renovation plans, he worked with me to get it all done in the timeline I needed. They left everything clean and ready to go. The whole process was great and painless and Ive already recommended them to my neighbour and friends. I highly recommend this company!

We’ve been using Furnace king for furnace and AC maintenance for years. When our 18 year old furnace finally kicked the bucket, they came through for us as always. They initially tried to fix it. When it broke again, they didn’t charge us to return. It was pretty cold out so the owner came out on a Sunday and started the replacement process. He also fixed it enough at that visit to keep it running until it was replaced. Their furnace expert, Sandip came out to educate us about our options. He was great. The installers were there a couple days later with the new one. They always charge a fair price and try to educate clients at each visit and they never pressure you. All of the people we’ve dealt with over the years have been extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They were very diligent about masks and social distancing when they were here to replace the furnace, and they left our place as clean as they found it. I can’t say enough good things about this company.

Jason and Ronald were amazing! They were friendly and cooperative and did a great job. It looks great and no longer leaks! We had to coordinate their work with the company replacing our sliding doors to the balcony, in order to properly waterproof the area. The door company cancelled last minute and had to reschedule. Jason and his team were so understanding and agreed to come back when the door people came so that they could finish the job correctly. They didn’t charge us for the second visit. We were very appreciative of their dedication to quality and their customer service. I would highly recommend them!
